Luis Aragonés no es un hombre que transmita sus sentimientos, pero la felicidad por haber eliminado al campeón del mundo de la Eurocopa le llevó a confesar que se emocionó con el mensaje de felicitación que le envió uno de sus nietos predilectos y a contar una anécdota con el rey Juan Carlos.
"No soy un hombre de emocionarme con facilidad, pero no cabe duda de que estoy contento. Tengo la tranquilidad de llevar muchos años y, ni cuando se pierde me hundo, ni cuando se gana estoy por las nubes. Tengo la tranquilidad que da llevar tanto tiempo en el fútbol. Estoy contento por mi país, fundamentalmente por mis jugadores y por la gente que me ha dado su apoyo", declaró el técnico, quien dijo que le emocionaron todos los mensajes de felicitación, pero especialmente uno.
"Todos me gustaron, pero hombre, tengo once nietos nada más y nada menos. No sabes por qué, pero queriendo a todos lo mismo, hay uno que te da más en tu fibra. Ha habido un mensaje de un nieto que me ha emocionado", reconoció el entrenador.
