Las opiniones de los españoles sobre su situación personal en el mercado laboral siguen mejorando poco a poco, una tendencia que empezó a percibirse en sus respuestas al Publiscopio durante el último trimestre del pasado año. Si en diciembre era el 53,2% el que estaba "seguro" de que dentro de un año seguiría conservando su empleo, y otro 30,2% respondía que "probablemente" sería así, hoy escogen esas respuestas un 55,6% y un 30,6% respectivamente.
De manera parecida, la opinión acerca de la posibilidad de encontrar otro empleo entre los que ahora lo tienen prácticamente no ha variado en el último mes, pero entre los desempleados que lo están buscando sí se nota también un claro repunte del optimismo. Los que creen que tendrán "mucha dificultad para emplearse" siguen siendo una amplia mayoría, el 59,5% del total, pero supone cinco puntos porcentuales menos que los que escogían esa respuesta en diciembre.
Tampoco se producen variaciones significativas respecto a la satisfacción con su trabajo de los que tienen empleo, incluidos trabajadores por cuenta propia y empresarios. La inmensa mayoría, más del 85,2%, se muestra "muy" y "bastante" satisfecho. Es entre los técnicos y cuadros (89%) y entre los asalariados fijos (89%) donde los niveles de satisfacción son más altos; y entre los obreros (77%) y entre los asalariados no fijos (75%) donde son más bajos.
