El militar fallecido en un accidente de tráfico esta tarde en Líbano es el cabo Felipe Jasón Ospina Vélez, natural de Colombia, han informado fuentes del Ministerio de Defensa, que han especificado que otros dos soldados han resultado heridos leves en el siniestro.
El accidente ha tenido lugar en torno a las tres de la tarde hora española -alrededor de las 17:00 hora local- a consecuencia del vuelco del vehículo BMR del Grupo Táctico Líbano en el que viajaban en convoy.
Aunque personal de la Guardia Civil del Contingente está realizando un atestado para determinar con mayor precisión las causas del accidente, probablemente se ha producido, según el Ministerio, por la salida de una de las ruedas de la calzada.
