Cementos Molins dijo el viernes que adquirió un 11,61 por ciento del capital social de las cementeras Avellaneda, de Argentina, y Artigas, de Uruguay, al grupo brasileño Votorantim>, por 23,8 millones y 7,9 millones de euros, respectivamente.
Tras la adquisición, la española Molins pasa a ser propietaria del 61,61 por ciento de cada una de las cementeras.
Esta operación llega después de que en noviembre, la también española Cementos Portland acordara con Votorantim la venta del 50 por ciento que tenía en las cementeras argentina y uruguaya, operación supeditada al ejercicio del derecho de adquisición preferente de Molins.
En diciembre pasado, Molins y Votorantim acordaron repartir la redistribución de los acciones en un 61,61 por ciento para el grupo español, y un 38,39 por ciento para el brasileño.
