Actualizado:
La morosidad de los créditos concedidos por los bancos, cajas y cooperativas que operan en España a empresas y particulares volvió a subir en agosto al situarse en el 4,838%, con lo que confirma la tendencia ascendente marcada en julio, tras el leve respiro de junio.
Según los datos publicados hoy por el Banco de España, la morosidad no superaba el 4,8 por ciento desde abril de 1996, cuando se situó en el 4,890 por ciento.
El indicador se ha doblado en un año, ya que en agosto de 2008 se situaba en el 2,448 por ciento.
En volumen absoluto, los créditos impagados superaban en agosto los 85.000 millones de euros (85.841), más de 3.000 millones por encima de lo alcanzado en julio.
