Diecinueve personas han perdido la vida en dieciséis accidentes de tráfico mortales ocurridos entre las 15.00 horas del pasado viernes y las 20.00 horas de hoy, quince menos que en el mismo fin de semana del año anterior, según han informado a Efe fuentes de la Dirección General de Tráfico.
En estos 16 accidentes, otras 12 personas han sufrido heridas graves y 14 más han resultado con lesiones leves.
Hoy domingo, hasta las 20.00 horas, sólo ha muerto una persona en un accidente de tráfico, que ha ocurrido en Asturias, en una colisión entre un turismo y un motocicleta.
El accidente más grave de este fin de semana se registró ayer en el kilómetro 268 de la AP-68, en el término municipal de Alagón (Zaragoza), al volcar un autobús.
Tres personas fallecieron en ese siniestro y otras trece resultaron heridas de diversa consideración, de los que cuatro aún permanecían ingresados esta tarde.
Durante el fin de semana del 1 al 3 de junio del año pasado perdieron la vida en las carreteras españolas 34 personas.
