El número de sociedades constituidas en España se redujo el 41,7% en abril con respecto al mismo mes de 2008, hasta llegar a las 6.341 empresas, ha informado el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE).
El capital suscrito para la constitución de estas sociedades alcanzó en abril 238.811 millones de euros, el 48,8% menos que hace un año, lo que supone un capital medio suscrito de 37.661 euros, el 12,2% menos que el año pasado.
Por otro lado, en abril se disolvieron 1.106 sociedades mercantiles, el 6,1% menos que el mismo mes de 2008, de las cuales 914 lo hicieron de manera voluntaria, 91 se fusionaron con otras y 101 se disolvieron por otros motivos.
El número de empresas que ampliaron capital se situó en abril en 2.739 sociedades, lo que supone una disminución del 28,7% en tasa interanual.
El capital suscrito de las sociedades que ampliaron capital superó los 2.078 millones de euros, el 42,6% menos que el año pasado, y el capital medio suscrito alcanzó los 758.703, el 19,6% menos que en 2008.
Por comunidades autónomas, La Rioja alcanzó el mayor capital medio suscrito de las sociedades mercantiles creadas en abril con 154.441 euros, frente a Navarra que presentó la cifra más baja, 10.877 euros.
Navarra fue la comunidad que tuvo el mayor capital medio suscrito en sociedades que ampliaron capital con 1.176.978 euros, seguida de Catalunya, con 1.145.147 euros, y Castilla y León, con 1.073.000 euros.
En el lado contrario, La Rioja fue la comunidad que registró menor capital medio suscrito en empresas que ampliaron capital con 148.118 euros.
