La economía española se contraerá el 3,6% en 2009 y mostrará un moderado avance del 0,3% en 2010, según el último informe semestral de la economía española elaborado por Caixa Catalunya, que estima además que este año se cerrará con una tasa de inflación negativa del 0,3%.
Según el informe, este año el PIB se contraerá por una contribución negativa de la demanda interna de 5,4 puntos, lastrada por la caída del consumo privado y la inversión.
El Informe Semestral sobre Economía Española y Contexto Internacional del Servicio de Estudios de Caixa Catalunya destaca además que la construcción residencial habría concluido prácticamente su ajuste en la primera mitad de 2009.
Asimismo, el aumento del ahorro y la reducción de la inversión generarán por "primera vez" capacidad de financiación en el sector privado no financiero.
En este escenario, aunque "con riesgos económicos y financieros a la baja todavía presentes, es previsible que a partir del verano de 2010 la economía recupere una senda de crecimiento y se detenga la destrucción de empleo, se precisa en el estudio.
