La Audiencia Nacional juzga mañana al ex dirigente etarra Juan Antonio Olarra Guridi por los delitos genéricos de depósito de armas y explosivos que supuestamente cometió cuando integraba el "comando Madrid" de ETA entre 1995 y 1997, hechos por los que la Fiscalía pide 20 años de cárcel.
En su escrito de conclusiones provisionales, el fiscal relata que el "comando Madrid" que integraba Olarra, junto a Javier Abaunza y Ainhoa Múgica Goñi -ya condenados por estos hechos-, convivió en 1997 en un piso de la calle de Polibea que fue alquilado por la alemana Renate Heike Schubert, colaboradora de ETA que en 1996 alquiló en la capital otro piso franco en la glorieta del general Álvarez de Castro.
El 18 de abril de 1997, tras producirse una explosión en el piso de Polibea, la Policía entró en la vivienda y halló armamento -tres subfusiles, dos fusiles, una escopeta, un revólver y nueve granadas- y explosivos -81 kilos de amonal-.
La Fiscalía destaca en su escrito que en el tiempo en el que Olarra, entregado temporalmente por Francia el pasado agosto, y sus compañeros de "comando" permanecieron en ese piso, en el que se extrajeron huellas dactilares del acusado, se produjo el asesinato del magistrado del Tribunal Supremo Rafael Martínez Emperador por "personas no completamente identificadas" de ETA.
