La Sección Cuarta de la Audiencia de Pontevedra juzgará mañana a M.B.P., vecino de esta ciudad, acusado de violar y abusar de forma continuada de su sobrina, menor de edad, hechos por los que la Fiscalía demanda una pena de 32 años de cárcel.
Según el escrito de acusación, los hechos que se denuncian comenzaron cuando los padres de la menor, que en aquella época tenía 13 años, tuvieron que ausentarse de Pontevedra por motivos laborales, durante varios meses, en el año 1994.
La niña quedó al cuidado de sus abuelos paternos, situación que, según el fiscal, aprovechó el acusado para tocarle los pechos y las nalgas cuando la víctima regresaba del colegio "simulando que quería asustarla".
Durante varios años el acusado continuó efectuando todo tipo de abusos sexuales sobre la menor, aprovechando cualquier circunstancia que le permitía estar a solas con la muchacha y "además, aprovechaba cualquier ocasión para decirle al oído palabras groseras acompañadas de gestos obscenos".
Tal y como reza el escrito del fiscal, la víctima "nunca relató los hechos, por miedo, hasta que necesitó ayuda psicológica en noviembre de 2006".
La Unidad de Psicología Forense de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela constató, así, que la víctima presenta una sintomatología propia de un trastorno de estrés postraumático, depresión y ansiedad.
