El precio de la vivienda nueva caerá en 2010, como mínimo, como el año pasado, cuando el descenso medio nacional se situó en el 5,7 por ciento, según las previsiones anunciadas hoy por la Sociedad de Tasación.
En rueda de prensa, el presidente y el director general de esta tasadora, José Luis Estevas-Guilmain y Juan Fernández-Aceytuno, respectivamente, no quisieron hacer previsiones concretas respecto al comportamiento del precio de la vivienda en 2010.
No obstante, aseguraron que éste va ligado a la renta familiar y al crédito hipotecario, de forma que cuando han sido buenos se han encarecido las viviendas.
"Hasta que no cambie la tendencia en la actividad económica y en las facilidades en cuanto a financiación es difícil que haya opciones de compra", dijeron ambos directivos, al tiempo que apuntaron que "no estamos pisando suelo" y que de momento no ha habido "brotes verdes".
A pesar de ello, indicaron que la caída del precio de la vivienda experimentó una moderación en el segundo semestre de 2009, con respecto al primero, por lo que podría haber una estabilización este año que, incluso, llegaría a registrar leves repuntes en ubicaciones céntricas de grandes ciudades, donde la oferta es limitada.
