Actualizado:
El precio de la vivienda libre cayó el 6,8 por ciento en el primer trimestre del año, al situarse el precio del metro cuadrado en los 1.958,1 euros, según la estadística publicada hoy por el Ministerio de Vivienda.
Comparado con el último trimestre del año anterior, en los tres primeros meses del año el precio de la vivienda libre se redujo el 3 por ciento.
De esta forma, el índice general de precios, que aúna la vivienda libre y la protegida, registró un descenso en el primer trimestre de 2009 del 6,5 por ciento, comparado con el mismo periodo de 2008.
