El precio de la vivienda usada cayó en España una media de entre el 2 y el 4 por ciento por metro cuadrado en el segundo trimestre del año, de acuerdo con el último estudio del portal inmobiliario el idealista.com.
Entre las ciudades con mayor número de habitantes, Murcia fue la que registró un mayor descenso en los precios, el 3,6 por ciento, seguida de Málaga (-3,5 por ciento); Zaragoza, Bilbao y Madrid (-2,1 por ciento); Valencia (2 por ciento); Barcelona (-1,8 por ciento); Las Palmas (-1,4 por ciento), y Sevilla (-1,1 por ciento).
Por el contrario, Oviedo, Santander y Navarra fueron las únicas capitales autónomicas que registraron una subida en el precio por metro cuadrado, con unas subidas del 2,5 por ciento, 1,2 por ciento y 1,1 por ciento, respectivamente.
