La presidenta del Parlament balear, ex presidenta del Consell de Mallorca y presidenta de honor de Unió Mallorquina (UM), Maria Antònia Munar, ha sido citada como imputada para declarar el 16 de noviembre a las 10.00 horas por el llamado caso Can Domenge de presunta corrupción urbanística.
Según informa el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Baleares (TSJIB) en un comunicado, también ha sido llamado a declarar como imputado el portavoz adjunto del PP en el Consell de Mallorca Fernando Rubio, que declarará el mismo día a las 11,30 horas.
El magistrado instructor de las diligencias previas abiertas en la Sala Civil y Penal del TSJIB, Francisco Javier Muñoz, es quien ha dictado la providencia de citación judicial, notificada esta mañana a las partes afectadas.
La providencia cita a varias personas más como testigos y determina también la práctica de otras diligencias.
El caso Can Domenge se inició cuando el Grupo Núñez y Navarro presentó en 2007 una denuncia porque al concurso de enajenación de Can Domenge, un solar de 52.000 metros cuadrados, presentó una oferta de 60 millones de euros y, sin embargo, el Consell de Mallorca se decantó por otra sensiblemente inferior.
