Los seis posibles casos de gripe porcina que se habían detectado en Bélgica, todos personas que habían viajado al continente americano, han resultado ser negativos, según informó hoy la agencia de noticias Belga.
Los exámenes realizados por el Instituto belga de Salud Pública han confirmado que estas seis personas no padecen la gripe porcina.
De estos seis ciudadanos belgas -tres niños y tres adultos-, cuatro habían regresado de México, uno de Estados Unidos y el último de Argentina, pero todos habían estado en contacto con alguien que volvía de México.
Así pues, Bélgica no ha detectado por el momento ningún caso de la enfermedad, después de que el primer paciente sospechoso de haber contraído el virus aparecido el pasado domingo también resultase negativo.
El Gobierno anunció ayer que ya no comunicará más casos sospechosos y que sólo informará en caso de que se confirme alguno.
