La Semana de la Moda de Sao Paulo, la feria de la industria textil más importante de Brasil, cerró hoy su vigésima séptima edición tras seis días de desfiles en los que se presentaron 35 marcas.
La presente edición, en la que se exhibieron las propuestas de los más destacados estilistas brasileños para el verano austral 2009-2010 estuvo dedicada a Francia y tuvo como gran protagonista a la súpermodelo Giselle Bundchen, que desfiló el pasado jueves para Colcci.
La última jornada la abrió Isabela Capeto con una presentación en la que la estilista empleó tejidos reciclados y las modelos aparecieron con latas de refresco vacías en la cabeza.
En la propuesta de Capeto destacaron los estampados de flores y las rayas en vestidos ajustados a la cintura con enormes cinturones y cortados por encima de las rodillas.
El toque sensual lo dieron algunos tejidos transparentes.
El único diseñador de raza negra de la presente edición de la pasarela paulista, Wilson Ranieri, presentó una colección en la que destacaron los tejidos vaporosos y los tonos pastel en contraste con chillonas sombras de ojos.
El complemento estrella de la mujer que propone Ranieri para la próxima temporada estival es el pañuelo de seda, alrededor del cuello, cubriendo la cabeza o incluso en el hombro.
Otra de las colecciones destacadas de hoy fue la masculina de Alexandre Herchcovitch, quien ya había presentado el viernes pasado sus sugerencias para las mujeres con enorme éxito, según la prensa especializada.
Con el negro, el gris y el blanco como protagonistas que dejaron muy poco espacio a esporádicos toques de color, la ropa de hombre de Herchcovitch no es más que una reformulación del traje sastre tradicional, con corbatas muy finas o pajaritas.
