La Sexta estrena mañana por la noche (21.30 horas) Nikita. La cadena emitirá los tres primeros episodios de esta serie de los productores de títulos como Bones, CSI, Escudo humano, Los ángeles de Charlie y Sobrenatural. Basada en la película y en la serie de los años noventa, Nikita gira en torno a la venganza de esta espía y asesina contra la agencia secreta División.
La actriz Maggie Q. (La jungla 4.0) da vida a Nikita. Craig Silverstein es el guionista y productor ejecutivo de la serie, y avanza que la primera temporada contará la historia de Nikita y Alex, y el trasfondo de su relación. Pero la idea de los creadores es que esta producción se prolongue en el tiempo. "Estamos planificando a largo plazo y lo hacemos porque me parece que se trata de un concepto duradero. Tenemos un reparto fantástico", asegura Silverstein.
En cualquier caso, esta será una Nikita renovada y distinta. "Quería una mirada nueva, seguir el argumento original otra vez pero no fijarme únicamente en Nikita porque ya la hemos visto, conocemos su historia y su final", sostiene el guionista. Y anuncia que las escenas retrospectivas serán "el sello de la serie". "También tendremos historias de futuro apasionantes para ir hacia atrás y hacia delante entre medias. Es complicado escribirlo pero cuando funciona, funciona de verdad", añade.
Además de la venganza y de escenas violentas, Nikita tendrá un "toque de romance". Pero es la venganza una de las grandes motivaciones de la protagonista. "Es un camino tortuoso y ella lo descubrirá", acaba Silverstein.
