Los Técnicos del Ministerio de Hacienda (GESTHA) consideran que un 59% de los borradores remitidos por la Agencia Tributaria a los contribuyentes en la Campaña de la Renta de 2007 usados como base para su declaración de Hacienda tienen "omisiones" en las deducciones fiscales, informan en una nota.
Gestha (Cuerpo Especial de Gestión de Técnicos de Hacienda) estima que hasta 1,7 millones de estos borradores, tanto en el caso de los confirmables directamente o en los pendientes de rectificación, pueden contener incorrecciones que, al no advertirse, impidan al ciudadano beneficiarse de las deducciones fiscales estipuladas por ley.
Los Técnicos que han elaborado una relación de estos "olvidos" más frecuentes de los borradores con el fin de informar y advertir a los ciudadanos, considera especialmente importante la omisión de la "compensación fiscal por deducción en la adquisición de la vivienda habitual".
Esta deducción aplicable en el caso de las viviendas adquiridas antes del 20 de enero de 2006. Este "olvido" cobra especial relevancia en el caso de los matrimonios, ya que puede suponer entre 225 y 450 euros por cónyuge si la inversión realizada por cada uno alcanza los 4.500 euros anuales.
Un portavoz de la Agencia Tributaria dijo a EFE que es "rotundamente falso" que haya un 59 por ciento de errores en los borradores que reciben los ciudadanos y que hasta la fecha de los 14 millones de los que se han enviado se esperan rectificaciones en un 30 por ciento aproximadamente.
La mayor parte de estos errores son por datos relativos a adquisición de vivienda, nacimientos de hijos o cambios de domicilio.
