La Unión Europea condenó hoy el lanzamiento de al menos siete misiles balísticos por parte de Corea del Norte y lo consideró una "provocación", informó la oficina del Alto Representante de la UE para la Política Exterior y de Seguridad Común, Javier Solana.
"La UE condena el lanzamiento de misiles, lo considera una provocación y exige a Corea del Norte que vuelva a la mesa de negociación", indicó a Efe la portavoz de Solana, Cristina Gallach.
Los proyectiles fueron lanzados entre las 08.00 y las 16.10 de la mañana de hoy, hora local (23.00 GMT del viernes y 07.10 GMT de hoy), desde la base militar de Gitdaeryong, cercana a la ciudad costera de Wonsan, situada al sureste de Corea del Norte, y tienen un alcance de entre 400 y 500 kilómetros, según confirmó hoy el Gobierno de Seúl.
