Actualizado:
El número de ventas de vivienda en el primer trimestre del año fue de 104.703, lo que supone un descenso del 34,2 por ciento con respecto a las 159.088 del mismo periodo del año anterior, según los datos publicados hoy por el Ministerio de Vivienda.
La caída se modera hasta el 16,5 por ciento si el dato se compara con el del último trimestre de 2008, si bien se trata del menor número de transacciones efectuadas desde 2004, primer año en el que se hizo la estadística.
Además, por primera vez el descenso de las ventas de vivienda nueva, que fue del 34,8 por ciento, fue mayor al registrado por las de segunda mano, que fue del 33,4 por ciento.
