MADRID.- Ha nacido una nueva tribu urbana. De la mezcla de los 'hipsters' y los 'yuppies' salen los 'yupsters', un tendencia urbana que se ha puesto de moda en Brooklyn y que amenaza con extenderse al resto de Occidente. Este grupo, cuyo propósito es humanizar el mundo gris en el que se han convertido las ciudades, se caracteriza por mezclar rasgos de los 'hipsters' y los 'yupsters' y vivir en las afueras de la ciudad en adosados al estilo inglés.
Según el GT Fashion Diary, los 'yupsters' "trabajan en el departamento de marketing, comunicación o medio ambiente de una gran corporación que ha triunfado en estos años de crisis, tienen "más de 20 pares de sneakers diferentes que compran en algún gran outlet de las afueras", visten "trajes ligeramente entallados a la cintura" y van "a todas partes con sus hijos, ya sea bares, conciertos, café con amigos o clases de yoga".
