El secretario de Estado de Cooperación Territorial, Gaspar Zarrías, ha destacado hoy la importancia del nuevo plan de inversión que el Gobierno aprobará el próximo noviembre, que será "el elemento dinamizador de la economía de nuestro país".
En conferencia de prensa en Huelva, Zarrías ha defendido que el nuevo plan "será la base fundamental de la Ley de Economía Sostenible que el Gobierno va a aprobar en noviembre, que quiere convertirse en un elemento clave, en la columna vertebral, en el elemento dinamizador de la economía de nuestro país para los próximos años".
Así, ha subrayado la importancia de que "empecemos en los ayuntamientos a hacer este tipo de actuaciones, esencial para que se vaya extendiendo por nuestro país".
Gaspar Zarrías se ha reunido en Huelva con 200 alcaldes y concejales socialistas, a los que ha presentado algunas de las directrices del próximo fondo de inversión local que aprobará el Gobierno Central, toda vez que ya están a punto de finalizar las obras del Plan E.
Ha concretado que sólo en la provincia de Huelva se han creado más de 4.200 empleos gracias a estas inversiones gubernamentales que han ascendido a 8.000 millones de euros.
El secretario de Estado ha reiterado que el Gobierno tiene el objetivo de que con estas nuevas ayudas se financien principalmente proyectos de sostenibilidad social y ambiental, como por ejemplo obras de eficiencia energética y de implantación de las nuevas tecnologías y energías renovables.
