MADRID.- El Gobierno ha solicitado formalmente esta noche al Congreso un pleno extraordinario el próximo martes, a partir de las 12:00 horas, para debatir y votar el acuerdo al que ha llegado el Eurogrupo con Grecia.
El Ejecutivo ha pedido este pleno nada más cerrarse el acuerdo en Bruselas entre el Eurogrupo y Grecia para facilitar un tercer rescate financiero al país heleno, han informado a Efe fuentes del Gobierno.
Debido a la duración de la reunión del Eurogrupo en la que se ha dado luz verde a este acuerdo, el registro del Congreso tenía previsto permanecer abierto hasta la medianoche para que el Gobierno pudiera cursar esta solicitud.
El martes 18 de agosto se celebrará el pleno de la Cámara Baja después de que el presidente del Gobierno, Mariano Rajoy, anunciase su intención de someter a votación del Congreso el tercer rescate a Grecia pese a que no era obligatorio hacerlo. EFE
