El candidato socialista a la Alcaldía de Madrid, Antonio Miguel Carmona, ha avisado este sábado a los independentistas que "quien quiera pasar por encima de la Constitución tendrá que pasar antes por encima de mi cadáver".
Carmona ha defendido de esta forma la Constitución tras haber sido increpado por haber citado la crítica al aldeanismo de Unamuno y Pío Baroja en su cuenta de Twitter al hacer referencia al independentismo catalán.
"Me han respondido los que se deben sentir aludidos", ha explicado Carmona en el marco de un encuentro con los ciudadanos en la campaña 'Madrid con Sentido Común'. Y, en ese sentido, ha destacado que "así sabemos quiénes son los que se identifican con el aldeanismo".
Además, el también diputado en la Asamblea de Madrid ha incidido que "en España hay una sola nación, que es España" y que se encargará de "defender la razón y la Constitución", que es "una Carta Magna que nos hemos dado todos los españoles para que se encuentren los de derechas con los de izquierdas".
"Es el principal valor ético que tiene esta nación, y yo defenderé la Constitución como otros que han defendido la Constitución y la democracia en los últimos dos siglos", ha mantenido.
