La empresaria Felisa Jordán, una de las administradoras de las sociedades de Francisco Correa, declaró ayer ante el juez instructor del caso Gürtel, Antonio Pedreira, quien mantuvo su imputación por su presunta pertenencia a la trama corrupta y por delitos de asociación ilícita, fraude fiscal, blanqueo de capitales, tráfico de influencias, cohecho y falsedad. Durante su comparecencia ante el TSJM, Jordán reconoció que realizó varias entregas de dinero a Alberto López Viejo, ex consejero de Deportes y diputado del PP.
Jornada intensa en la sede del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid (TSJM), tras la declaración de más de cuatro horas de la empresaria Felisa Jordán, relacionada con Cuatro Comunicación, Good and Better y Easy Concept, tres empresas de la trama corrupta. El instructor del caso, Antonio Pedreira, acordó no imponer a la empresaria ninguna medida cautelar, pero mantiene su imputación y las comparecencias quincenales fijadas el 11 de febrero por el juez Baltasar Garzón.
También ayer, el vicepresidente primero del Consell de la Generalitat valenciana, Vicente Rambla, aseguró en una respuesta parlamentaria al PSOE que el contrato de la Comunitat con Orange Market para la inauguración de la villa en la salida de la Volvo Ocean Race desde Alicante "se formalizó cumpliendo estrictamente con todas las formalidades previstas por la ley".
