La juez instructora de los ERE, Mercedes Alaya, ha citado el próximo 5 de marzo al empresario José María Ruiz Mateos, imputado por tráfico de influencias en los cinco ERE de empresas de su grupo en Andalucía.
La juez, en su auto, cita a José María Ruiz Mateos a las 10.00 horas del 5 de marzo, y una hora después a su hijo Zoilo, que, según imputados y testigos que declararon a finales de enero, se encontraba siempre junto a su padre dirigiendo los negocios del grupo Nueva Rumasa.
Alaya imputa a ambos por presunto tráfico de influencias al haber conseguido financiación de la Junta de Andalucía para los ERE de cinco empresas del grupo en Andalucía: el hotel Cervantes de Torremolinos (Málaga), Dhul, Garvey, Complejo Bodeguero Bellavista y Zoilo Ruiz Mateos.
José María y Zoilo pagaron al conseguidor de los ERE Juan Lanzas a razón de 600.000 euros por cada ERE en los que medió, precisa el auto.
La Guardia Civil, por su parte, ha sostenido en sus atestado sobre el caso que Lanzas cobraba del grupo Ruiz Mateos en billetes de 500 euros y en "dinero B", algo que negaron otros dos hijos del empresario, Pablo y Javier, en su comparecencia del 31 de enero.
Javier Ruiz Mateos llegó a afirmar ante la juez que las funciones de Lanzas como colaborador del grupo eran "una minucia".
Ahora, Alaya afirma que José María y su hijo Zoilo eran quienes "en última instancia tomaban las decisiones" en Nueva Rumasa y participaron, junto a otros miembros de la familia Ruiz Mateos, en la inclusión en los ERE de "intrusos" que nunca habían trabajado en el hotel Cervantes, Dhul y Complejo Bodeguero Bellavista.
