BARCELONA.- La Junta Electoral Provincial de Barcelona ha obligado a la Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals (CCMA) a retirar inmediatamente el logo de la campaña estival de TV3 y Catalunya Ràdio Junts, ya que considera que se asemeja demasiado al de la candidatura soberanista Junts pel sí.
Según el fallo de la Junta, la secretaria del órgano provincial, Antonia Jiménez, estima en parte el recurso presentado por el PSC, y acepta que el logo de la campaña —con caligrafía manual en blanco sobre un círculo fondo verde— es "muy similar o idéntico" al de la candidatura soberanista.
Aunque admite que, como alega la CCMA, la campaña se lanzó antes de la creación de Junts pel sí y, por tanto, no existe intencionalidad política, la Junta Electoral entiende que es "indiferente" que la posible confusión entre los dos logotipos no haya sido buscada y reclama su retirada de forma inmediata.
"Resulta evidente la confusión/identificación que, en el periodo electoral en que nos encontramos, puede provocar la utilización del logotipo Junts", esgrime.
"La utilización del logotipo Junts tiene una incidencia electoral sobrevenida indudable", argumenta el fallo, que recuerda que la Ley Orgánica de Régimen Electoral General (Loreg) impone a los medios de comunicación públicos la obligación de respetar el pluralismo político y social, la neutralidad informativa y la proporcionalidad.
