MADRID.- Los reunidos en la Puerta del Sol en la noche del miércoles redactaron un acuerdo "plural" en el que sientan las bases de sus reclamaciones.
Autodefinidos como "un grupo de ciudadanos de diferentes edades y extractos sociales" afirman sentirse "cabreados" ante su falta de representación y "las traiciones que se llevan a cabo con el nombre de la democracia". Abogan por una reforma de la Ley electoral "que devuelva a la Democracia su verdadero sentido: un gobierno de los ciudadanos. Una democracia participativa".
"No estamos aquí para reclamar sencillamente el acceso a hipotecas o para protestar por las insuficiencias del mercado laboral", aclaran para advertir de que el movimiento nace "de la rabia", sentimiento que genera "imaginación, fuerza, poder ciudadano".
"La Democracia Real se opone al descrédito paulatino de las instituciones que dicen representarlos, convertidas en meros agentes de administración y gestión, al servicio de las fuerzas del poder financiero internacional", subrayan, al tiempo que sostienen que la democracia actual emana de "corruptos aparatos burocráticos" que impiden la participación ciudadana.
"Es preciso construir un discurso político capaz de reconstruir el tejido social, sistemáticamente vulnerado por años de mentiras y corrupción. Los ciudadanos hemos perdido el respeto a los partidos políticos mayoritarios, pero ello no equivale a perder nuestro sentido crítico. Antes bien, no tememos a la política. Tomar la palabra es política. Buscar alternativas de participación ciudadana es Política", añaden.
El manifiesto señala los culpables de la situación actual, aquellos que con su labor contribuyen al descrédito de la política y al rechazo y hastío de la sociedad: el FMI, la OTAN, la UE, las agencias de calificación y, ya en España, partidos como PP y PSOE.
"No llamamos a la abstención, pedimos la necesidad de que nuestro voto tenga una influencia real en nuestra vida", zanjan.
