MADRID.- El Ministerio de Educación separará en dos el decreto sobre las evaluaciones externas, también llamadas "reválidas", para aprobar primero el de Primaria y después otro para Secundaria y Bachillerato, abriendo así una nueva vía de debate con las comunidades.
En rueda de prensa posterior a la Conferencia Sectorial, el ministro de Educación, Íñigo Méndez de Vigo, ha explicado que, tras escuchar a las comunidades, ha acordado que el único real decreto sobre evaluaciones que se va a aprobar en Consejo de Ministros es el que afecta a Primaria (para el sexto curso) y que debe entrar en vigor en este curso 2015-2016.
Ha argumentado que como las evaluaciones externas de cuarto de la ESO y de segundo de Bachillerato entrarían, según la Lomce, en cursos posteriores, se ha tomado la decisión de presentar su decreto correspondiente "mas adelante".
Todo ello "no supone ningún retraso" en la aplicación de la Lomce, ya que, como ha recordado el ministro, se trata de una ley orgánica y, por tanto, de obligado cumplimiento.
Poco antes también lo han explicado varios consejeros educativos como el de La Rioja (PP), Abel Bayo, a la salida de la reunión, que ha durado cuatro horas, y donde ha especificado: "En vez de un solo decreto va a haber dos para dejar para más adelante (las evaluaciones) las de Secundaria y Bachillerato".
