Cuando ya llega a su fin la semana negra de la secretaria general del PP y presidenta de la formación en Castilla-La Mancha, María Dolores de Cospedal, la mano derecha de Rajoy ha vuelto a dar un golpe de autoridad.
"Ni Javier Arenas, ni nadie, impedirá que se abra un expediente al alcalde de Yebra", Juan Pedro Sánchez, después de que éste votara junto a otros cinco concejales conservadores que el municipio guadalajareño sea candidato a albergar un Almacén Temporal Centralizado (ATC) de residuos nucleares.
En declaraciones al diario El Mundo, De Cospedal destacó que el alcalde de Yebra será expedientado, a pesar de que el presidente del PP de Andalucía señaló que el partido no iniciaría ninguna acción disciplinaria contra Juan Pedro Sánchez.
La propia dirección de la formación en Guadalajara ya abrió los trámites para abrir un expediente al primer edil de Yebra y los concejales del PP por este hecho.
Las palabras de Cospedal siguen la línea manifestada por el secretario regional del PP, Vicente Tirado, que indicó que "se tiene que instruir" el expediente "por el órgano competente, que es el Comité de Derechos y Garantías, y ahí absolutamente nadie tiene que interferir, porque es un órgano independiente", en referencia también a las palabras de Arenas.
Sin embargo, Tirado destacó que abrir un expediente no supone que vaya a llegar a una u otra conclusión e insistió en que "daremos curso a lo que ha incoado el PP de Guadalajara, como no puede ser de otra forma, porque somos garantistas y respetuosos con los procesos".
