"No me cabe la menor duda de que hoy, a lo más tardar esta noche, Sánchez presentará su dimisión como diputado". Así de contundente se ha expresado el presidente extremeño Juan Carlos Rodríguez Ibarra, que ha considerado en una entrevista en la Cadena COPE que los diputados socialistas que voten 'no' a la investidura de Mariano Rajoy el sábado deben dimitir y entregar sus actas al partido, incluido el exsecretario general Pedro Sánchez si así se pronuncia.
En declaraciones a la emisora, Rodríguez Ibarra ha explicado que él tiene muchos años de experiencia política y "memoria", y que en otras ocasiones quien se posicionaba contra la postura oficial de su partido entregaba su acta de diputado.
Ha recordado que, por ejemplo, en 1987 hubo diputados, entre ellos el entonces secretario general de UGT, Nicolás Redondo, que se opusieron a los Presupuestos Generales del Estado por cuestiones como la Ley de Pensiones y que devolvieron sus actas al PSOE ya que "la ética era la norma fundamental que regía el comportamiento".
En las últimas horas han crecido las voces dentro del PSOE que consideran que Pedro Sánchez dejará su acta de diputado este mismo viernes en una estrategia para no romper la disciplina de voto el sábado y poder presentarse así, como tiene previsto, a candidato a secretario general del partido en el Congreso que se celebre más adelante.
