"Los Estatutos los interpreto yo porque los hice yo". Esa frase de José Blanco, presidente del Comité Federal del PSOE, ha sido la gota que ha colmado el vaso para el dirigente socialista, José Antonio Pérez Tapias.
El líder de la corriente Izquierda Socialista ha anunciado por Twitter que no asistirá más al máximo órgano del PSOE entre Congresos por la actitud de Blanco ante los debates sobre estatutos.

Este sábado, el exdirigente Pérez Tapias, que concurrió a las últimas primarias del PSOE, defendió que el Congreso de los socialistas debería celebrarse en abril, puesto que "mantener una situación como la que ahora tiene el PSOE no es sólo una situación de interinidad, sino una situación agónica".
"De aquí a seis meses podemos estar mucho peor que ahora", argumentó el líder de Izquierda Socialista, para lo que pedía "salir de estas circunstancias tan lamentables en las que estamos, dotarnos de una dirección elegida por las bases, salir de una dinámica donde todo es confusión respecto a las relaciones con el PP".
Sin embargo, finalmente no se ha votado "por un defecto de forma" la propuesta Pérez Tapias, una decisión que ha calificado de "arbitraria" y "antidemocrática" al entender que ha sido vetada por la dirección del Comité Federal. A su juicio, una interpretación "abusiva" de los estatutos del PSOE ha dejado fuera su propuesta.
