SORIA.- Una mujer de 28 años cuya identidad responde a las iniciales C.M.R.G. y vecina de Tossa de Mar (Girona) ha sido detenida como presunta autora de dos delitos contra la seguridad vial, un delito de daños y una falta de lesiones puesto que provocó un accidente de tráfico en el que resultaron heridos de carácter leve dos agentes de la Guardia Civil.
Según ha informado la Subdelegación del Gobierno de Soria, los hechos ocurrieron a las 20.25 horas de la tarde del miércoles en el kilómetro 7,900 de la SO-20, en la circunvalación de Soria.
Un vehículo oficial del Subsector de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil que se encontraba parado sufrió la colisión de un todoterreno que circulaba en sentido contrario.
A las 20.18 horas, se había recibido una llamada de un usuario de la carretera A-15 (Medinaceli-Pamplona), que avisó de que un vehículo circulaba en dirección a Pamplona en sentido contrario al de la marcha. Por este motivo, la patrulla del Destacamento de Tráfico intentaba interceptar al vehículo.
Realizadas las pruebas de la alcoholemia, la conductora de este vehículo, que posteriormente se salió de la vía y chocó contra una valla de seguridad, dio un resultado de 0,91 miligramos de alcohol por litro de aire espirado. La conductora del vehículo resultó ilesa en la colisión.
