Actualizado:
La Asamblea General de Caja Madrid rechazó el lunes por mayoría el proyecto de cambio de estatutos y reglamento electoral propuesto por el gobierno regional.
En una nota de prensa, la caja de ahorros dijo que el proyecto fue rechazado con 157 votos en contra, 51 abstenciones y 87 a favor.
Para aprobar la modificación, que pretendía adaptar los estatutos a la nueva Ley de Cajas, habría sido necesario el voto favorable de, al menos, dos tercios de los asistentes.
