Actualizado:
La Audiencia de Barcelona ha condenado a cuatro años y un día de prisión a Gabriel Alejandro Fernández, el propietario del establecimiento '242' de la calle Entença de Barcelona por los ruidos procedentes de su local, que estuvo funcionando ilegalmente como 'after'.
La sentencia la sección octava de la Audiencia condena al procesado por un delito contra el medio ambiente, pero le absuelve de los nueve delitos de lesiones de que los que le acusaba la fiscalía que, en total, solicitaba quince años de cárcel.
