El centrocampista del Barcelona Sergio Busquets se ha entrenado al mismo ritmo que sus compañeros y podría recibir el alta en las próximas horas para poder medirse mañana al Bayer Leverkusen, en Alemania, en la ida de los octavos de final de la Liga de Campeones.
El conjunto azulgrana se ha ejercitado esta tarde en el Bay Arena, el escenario del encuentro, en una sesión presidida por el intenso frío (0 grados centígrados) y la nieve que ha caído, aunque de forma suave, en la ciudad germana durante la tarde.
Los 22 jugadores convocados para este partido por Guardiola, que mañana tendrá que descartar a cuatro de ellos, se han ejercitado con normalidad, incluido Busquets.
El jugador de Badía (Barcelona) parece haberse recuperado de la profunda herida que sufrió en la rodilla derecha, en la que le tuvieron que dar quince puntos de sutura, hace nueve días en el partido de Liga ante la Real Sociedad y podría ser una de las novedades en el once del conjunto azulgrana.
El presidente del FC Barcelona, Sandro Rosell, y el director deportivo, Andoni Zubizarreta, han estado en el Bay Arena presenciando en el entrenamiento.
Ambos han querido estar al lado del equipo en su regreso a la máxima competición continental y después de haber dilapidado buena parte de sus opciones en la Liga al caer el pasado sábado en Pamplona ante Osasuna.
