Los diversos casos de corrupción han pasado factura en la confianza de los catalanes hacia los políticos, puesto que la insatisfacción con la política ha crecido 22 puntos y se sitúa en su segunda preocupación, sólo precedida por el paro, mientras que la inmigración recula hasta el cuarto lugar.
Así lo indica la última encuesta elaborada por el Centro de Estudios de Opinión (CEO) de la Generalitat, elaborada en base a 1.400 entrevistas telefónicas a catalanes mayores de 18 años realizadas entre el 5 y el 22 de diciembre, que tiene un margen de error del 2,67% y cuyo trabajo de campo ha sido realizado por la empresa DYM.
El paro y la precariedad laboral sigue siendo el principal problema para los catalanes, pasando del 55,4% en 2008 al 64% en 2009.
Pero el cambio más notable en la opinión de los catalanes en el año que acaba de finalizar es que la insatisfacción con la política y los políticos escala nada menos que nueve posiciones y ya es el segundo problema, una opinión en la que han influido escándalos de corrupción como los casos Pretoria, Gürtel y Millet, según el director del CEO, Gabriel Colomé.
