El extremo portugués del Manchester United Cristiano Ronaldo, objetivo del Real Madrid la próxima temporada, no necesita ser operado de una hernia inguinal, según publicó hoy el rotativo luso "A Bola".
El diario británico "The Times" había informado el martes que el internacional luso podría pasar por el quirófano para operarse de una hernia, por la que hubiera estado de baja aproximadamente un mes.
"A Bola" explica que la estrella portuguesa ha tenido dolores en la zona púbica por culpa del gran esfuerzo desarrollado durante la última temporada, en la que completó un total de 59 partidos, pero aseguró que no es necesaria una intervención quirúrgica.
Según el rotativo, el mejor jugador del mundo en 2008 está pasando unos días de vacaciones en la ciudad estadounidense de Los Ángeles, donde se somete a un programa de recuperación basado en ejercicios de piscina con el objetivo de estar en perfectas condiciones antes del comienzo de la temporada.
