La Fiscalía investiga a Alejandro Martínez Singul, conocido como el "segundo violador del Eixample", por una nueva agresión sexual que al parecer tuvo lugar hace pocos días en la estación de Arc de Triomf de Barcelona.
Así lo ha explicado la fiscal superior de Cataluña, Teresa Compte, quién ha dicho que, al parecer, se trata de "una agresión, o de un intento", que aún está "en fase de investigación".
Según Compte, el supuesto abuso sexual se produjo el 29 de mayo, en la parada de RENFE de Arc de Triomf, en Barcelona.
Los Mossos d'Esquadra presentaron la denuncia ante los juzgados de Barcelona y hoy ha llegado a las manos del titular de Instrucción número 4 de la capital catalana, que se encargará de investigar el caso, ha explicado la fiscal.
La supuesta agresión se produjo poco más de una semana antes de que Martínez Singul fuera detenido, el pasado día 9 de junio, en Cardedeu (Barcelona), por un delito cometido en Perpiñán por el que fue condenado en rebeldía, en Francia, a un año de prisión.
En su comparecencia ayer ante el juez Baltasar Garzón en la Audiencia Nacional, el violador optó por cumplir la condena en España, cuya duración podría ampliarse si prospera la denuncia presentada hoy en Barcelona.
