El juez de la Audiencia Nacional Baltasar Garzón ha sido dado de alta el mediodía del sábado tras ingresar ayer de urgencia en la clínica Ruber de Madrid a causa de una crisis de ansiedad, han informado fuentes próximas al magistrado.
Garzón, que ha permanecido cerca de 24 horas ingresado en la unidad coronaria, ha abandonado la clínica sobre las 12,30 horas tras someterse a pruebas de esfuerzo, que sirven para evaluar si existe algún problema cardíaco que puede no ser evidente cuando el corazón se encuentra en reposo.
El juez acudió ayer a esta clínica tras abandonar la Audiencia Nacional sobre las 14,40 horas al sentirse indispuesto con un fuerte dolor en el pecho.
Según varias fuentes, el percance se produjo después de un pequeño altercado entre el magistrado y un medio de comunicación. El juez fue perseguido insistentemente por un equipo de televisión hasta la sede de la Audiencia Nacional, algo que provocó su enfado.
El magistrado llegó a la clínica con la tensión muy alta y, tras rebajársela con medicación, fue trasladado a la unidad coronaria.
Estos últimos días Garzón ha sido objeto de polémica por participar en una cacería junto al ministro de Justicia, Mariano Fernández Bermejo, cuando había puesto en marcha la operación Gürtel, relativa a una presunta trama de corrupción vinculada a cargos del PP.
