Actualizado:
El gigante automovilístico estadounidense General Motors (GM) confirmó hoy la venta de Saab a la compañía holandesa de coches de lujo Spyker en una operación multimillonaria, según informó el vicepresidente de GM, John Smith.
GM recibirá 74 millones de dólares por parte de Spyker y mantendrá 326 millones en acciones en la nueva compañía que saldrá de este acuerdo, Saab Spyker Automobiles.
