La vicepresidenta primera del Gobierno, María Teresa Fernández de la Vega, anunció este sábado que en unos días el Ejecutivo aprobará un decreto que permitirá a muchas mujeres amas de casa acceder a un puesto de trabajo al reconocerles su experiencia mediante titulación profesional.
Fernández de la Vega ha hecho este anuncio en su intervención en el IV Congreso Africano de Mujeres Emprendedoras, que se celebra en El Cairo.
Este decreto, que según el Gobierno puede beneficiar a medio millón de mujeres, pretende reconocer la labor de personas que no tienen titulación pero que ahora la van a poder adquirir si acreditan su experiencia en tareas como el cuidado de personas mayores o de niños de 0 a 3 años.
Fernández de la Vega explicó que así muchas mujeres podrán acceder a "los miles de puestos de trabajo que la ley de Dependencia y la educación infantil de 0 a 3 años van a crear en España".
Subrayó que el Gobierno de José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero desea que la tarea que han desempeñado las mujeres en el hogar se convierta ahora en una "puerta de acceso con todas las garantías y todos los derechos al mundo profesional y al mercado laboral".
Avanzó que se va a reforzar la oferta de formación específica para quienes la necesiten y explicó que las mujeres rurales, en especial, podrán organizarse y crear cooperativas para llevar a cabo tareas como la del cuidado de niños y dependientes.
"Se convertirán en emprendedoras; ya lo son de hecho, queremos que lo sean de derecho y, con esta nueva norma, lo vamos a conseguir", recalcó.
La idea, según han explicado fuentes del Gobierno, es que haya cursos y pruebas para constatar la experiencia en determinadas tareas y, tras superarlas, conseguir un título.
