El Gobierno firmó hoy con las asociaciones de autónomos ATA, UPTA y CEAT un acuerdo para elevar al 80% el porcentaje del desempleo que se puede utilizar para montar un negocio, para bonificar la contratación del primer trabajador indefinido y para acordar una prestación por cese de actividad.
Tras la firma del acuerdo, el ministro de Trabajo e Inmigración, Celestino Corbacho, explicó en rueda de prensa que éste no es el "final del camino", sino un "punto y seguido", ya que ahora lo pactado hay que desarrollarlo para que entre en vigor en el menor tiempo posible.
Otras medidas que se implantarán serán aumentar, en colaboración con las comunidades autónomas, el aval para que los emprendedores puedan cobrar las deudas que no les pagan los ayuntamientos, así como medidas tributarias que posibiliten que los autónomos no abonen el IVA de las facturas impagadas.
Corbacho afirmó que estas iniciativas no irán mañana al Consejo de Ministros extraordinario de empleo, en el que está previsto que el Ejecutivo repase todas las medidas incluidas en el Plan E.
