El Gobierno italiano ha introducido la normativa antisísmica en el llamado "Plan Casa", con el que, entre otras cosas, se pretende simplificar la burocracia inmobiliaria para impulsar el sector de la construcción.
Según informaron hoy los medios locales, se ha introducido un nuevo artículo en este decreto de ley que impide ampliaciones y reconstrucciones de los inmuebles en los que el diseñador "no haya probado con documentos que se respeta la normativa vigente sobre prevención en caso de terremoto".
Con este artículo el Gobierno pretende asegurar que las futuras intervenciones para ampliar las casas se ajusten a la nueva normas antisísmicas, que entrarán en vigor el 30 de junio de 2009.
La entrada en vigor de esta nueva reglamentación se adelanta un año a los tiempos fijados, tras el terremoto que azotó la región de Los Abruzos, en el centro de Italia, el pasado 6 de abril.
Con esta modificación, el "Plan Casa" sufre un nuevo retraso en su aprobación que inicialmente estaba prevista para principios de abril.
El "Plan Casa", prevé, entre otras cosas, la ampliación del volumen de las viviendas italianas hasta un 35 por ciento, mientras que las obras deberán ser acometidas con materiales ecológicos y en ningún caso podrán hacerse en los centros históricos de las ciudades o en zonas protegidas.
