El máximo jefe de las FARC, Alfonso Cano, ordenó a sus hombres recuperar "seis corredores estratégicos" perdidos en los últimos cinco años por acción del Ejército colombiano, según informó la página electrónica del diario "El Tiempo".
Ese medio cita documentos revelados por la Inteligencia militar y que fueron hallados en un computador del "Negro Arturo", abatido hace dos semanas en el centro del país.
Uno de esos pasos le permitiría a las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) movilizarse hasta la frontera con Ecuador.
Las instrucciones de alias "Alfonso Cano", cuyo verdadero nombre es Guillermo León Sáenz, fueron emitidas hace unos seis meses y eran parte de la última voluntad del fallecido Manuel Marulanda Vélez, alias "Tirofijo", quien murió en marzo del año pasado, siempre según la misma fuente.
De cauerdo a las órdenes de Cano, Milton de Jesús Toncel Redondo, alias "Joaquín Gómez", debe restablecer la comunicación "por la vía al sur" que a través de los departamentos de Putumayo, Caquetá y Meta, les permitiría llegar hasta la frontera con Ecuador.
Para volver a tener dominio sobre algunos sectores de los departamentos de Meta-Guaviare, el encargado es alias "Albeiro Córdoba".
La recuperación del corredor que involucra a Bogotá, la zona sur del departamento de Cundinamarca y algunos sectores del Meta, era tarea del abatido "Negro Arturo".
Para reconquistar las vías que les permiten moverse entre Cauca-Tolima-Cundinamarca, el designado fue alias "Franco Benavides"; en tanto que alias "Solís Almeida", buscará hacer lo mismo con el corredor Córdoba-Antioquia-Bolívar.
A alias "Jaime Canaguaro", le ordenan reconquistar el corredor entre Antioquia-Bolívar y Magdalena.
En los últimos días, el Ejército colombiano ha insistido en que ha bloqueado acciones guerrilleras con las cuales los rebeldes están buscando cumplir las órdenes de Cano.
