La misión de observadores de la Organización para la Seguridad y Cooperación en Europa (OSCE) declaró hoy que las elecciones presidenciales celebradas el domingo en Kazajistán no se correspondieron con los estándares democráticos.
"Estas elecciones muestran que, lamentablemente, las instituciones democráticas en Kazajistán no se han desarrollado en el mismo grado que las económicas", dijo el jefe de la misión de la OSCE, el holandés Daan Everts, en una rueda de prensa en Astaná, según informó desde la capital kazaja la agencia rusa Interfax.
