El paro iniciado por los transportistas ante el elevado precio de los carburantes mantiene paralizada la entrada y salida de camiones en el Puerto de Bilbao, según fuentes del Sindicato de Transportistas de Vizcaya (Sintrabi), mayoritario en el transporte en las instalaciones portuarias.
Según ha indicado a Efe la secretaria técnica de Sintrabi, Amaia Martínez, la convocatoria de paro está siendo "ampliamente secundada" en general en el territorio de Vizcaya.
El Puerto de Bilbao es uno de los ámbitos en los que se está notando la protesta ya que prácticamente no entran ni salen camiones de sus instalaciones, aunque las labores de estiba y desestiba se desarrollan con normalidad, según fuentes de la Autoridad Portuaria bilbaína.
De continuar el paro, podría haber problemas de almacenamiento de mercancías en las instalaciones portuarias hacia finales de semana.
Como consecuencia del paro de los transportistas, "no hay movimiento" tampoco en el polígono de Aparcavisa, en el Valle de Trápaga, mientras que la circulación de camiones también es menor en otros ámbitos como Mercabilbao, según Sintrabi.
