El PP reducirá el número de consejerías autonómicas, hasta un máximo de diez por comunidad y ciudad autónoma, allí donde gane en las próximas elecciones del 22 de mayo.
En un comunicado, recuerda que el programa marco señala que "los sectores autonómico y local deben tener un tamaño razonable dentro del conjunto de la economía española" y "no pueden suponer una carga para los ciudadanos".
El PP también quiere reducir el número de entes y organismos del sector público para "asegurar una gestión transparente y eficiente", sin perjudicar la prestación de los servicios públicos.
Para agilizar la actividad, proponen la simplificación del sistema de licencias administrativas, "sustituyendo el control previo por la inspección a posteriori".
El PP, añade la nota, desarrollará, además, un "portal de la transparencia" en Internet, que dé un acceso permanente y sencillo a los ciudadanos a todos los procedimientos de información de las administraciones públicas.
Designará un responsable único de alto nivel en cada comunidad autónoma para la implantación efectiva de las soluciones tecnológicas más avanzadas, que tendrá, entre sus cometidos, la puesta en marcha de un plan integral para la administración digital y la evaluación permanente de su implementación.
Este responsable también prestará sus servicios a las administraciones locales.
