El presidente de Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aérea (AENA), Juan Ignacio Lema Devesa, aseguró hoy que la propuesta presentada por los controladores no reduce los costes, sino que los aumenta, y añadió que, si no se logra un acuerdo antes del 31 de marzo, es posible que intervenga el Gobierno.
La propuesta del colectivo apunta a una reducción de los costes de 185 millones de euros, lo que "rotundamente no es cierto", explicó Lema
Lema, que asistió hoy a un encuentro sobre la aviación organizado por Cinco Días, indicó que por razones de la programación para la temporada de verano, la fecha límite para conseguir un acuerdo con los controladores es antes de que finalice el mes de marzo.
AENA quiere reducir los costes de navegación aérea en unos 300 millones de euros, hasta situarlos en menos de 500 millones de euros, para poder, de esta forma, bajar las tarifas de ruta de 84 euros a 72 euros.
