Las empresas promotoras españolas adeudan a las entidades de crédito 323.982 millones de euros, según datos facilitados el lunes por la Asociación Hipotecaria Española.
Una portavoz de la agrupación dijo que, con datos a septiembre, el saldo vivo de los créditos hipotecarios de promotores asciende a 323.982 millones de euros.
El mercado inmobiliario español, otrora motor del crecimiento económico diferencial de España, sufre en estos momentos la mayor crisis de las últimas décadas. Con varias grandes inmobiliarias en proceso concursal y otras con problemas para refinanciar cuantiosos créditos, el mercado empieza a dar síntomas de recuperación, aunque los expertos ven más descensos de precios y márgenes.
